We are pleased to announce that Peter Newton has been appointed as a part-time member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He will hear matters in the Migration & Refugee Division of the Tribunal.

Our inaugural CPD seminar on the new Federal Court Practice Notes featuring, as guest commentator, the Hon. Justice Jagot of the Federal Court of Australia and our own Martin Einfeld QC (moderator) Jonathan Kay Hoyle and Paul Jammy (co-presenters) was attended by a great group of our colleagues last week.  It was wonderful to see so many attend.

This was the first in a series of CPD seminars to be hosted by 11 St James Hall.
