Biography
David appears and advises in a diversity of commercial disputes, but has specialist experience and expertise in tax and revenue law, administrative law, equity, and commercial litigation.

David’s advice and advocacy is regularly sought by both the Australian Tax Office and tax payers in what are often large and sophisticated taxation matters. David’s longstanding experience provides him with a unique appreciation of the sensitive but strategic approach required of taxation disputes. An adept negotiator and advocate, David has earned the trust of his solicitors and clients for his legal acumen and realistic but commercial approach towards resolving disputes.

David also has an abiding interest in alternative dispute resolution, having completed courses in dispute resolution at Pepperdine University in the United States. David accepts appointments to act as mediator in a variety of disputes.
