Biography
Prior to coming to the bar, James practiced as a solicitor at a national firm for five years, with a focus on litigated matters in the areas of insolvency, secured recoveries and building and construction disputes.

James has acted in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including in the areas of insolvency, real property, building and construction, franchise disputes and secured recoveries. James has also acted in a number of matters involving minority shareholder oppression.
