Chantal Nguyen

Chantal is an advocate with multifaceted experience in commercial, public, and criminal law matters. She regularly advises in an extensive range of cases, appearing unled in Federal and State courts.

Before joining the Bar, Chantal was a commercial litigator at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, a Principal Federal Prosecutor, and the UNSW Human Rights Fellow to Legal Aid NSW. She has appeared for Australia before the United Nations.

Chantal was also the Associate to Justices Jayne Jagot, John Griffiths, and Robert Bromwich of the Federal Court of Australia.
