Peter is an experienced advocate with a broad commercial and equity practice who appears in the superior courts of Australia at first instance and on appeal. Peter specialises in property law, commercial law, equity, succession law and insolvency. Peter has advised on and appeared in a wide range of matters including claims for specific performance and possession of land, banking and commercial disputes, corporate and financial disputes, claims for family provision, probate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy disputes.

Since 2018 Peter has been a member of one of the Professional Conduct Committees of the New South Wales Bar Association, assessing and investigating complaints made to the Office of Legal Services Commissioner about barristers practicing in New South Wales.

From 2019 until 2024 Peter was a part-time member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal hearing and determining applications to review decisions by the Department of Immigration refusing or cancelling visas under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) and Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth).

In 2025 Peter was appointed as a part-time senior member in the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal of New South Wales.
