Peter is an experienced advocate with a broad commercial and equity practice who appears in the superior courts of Australia at first instance and on appeal. Peter specialises in property law, commercial law, equity, succession law and insolvency. Peter has advised on and appeared in a wide range of matters including claims for specific performance and possession of land, banking and commercial disputes, corporate and financial disputes, claims for family provision, probate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy disputes.

Peter is a part-time member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and is a member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the New South Wales Bar Association.
