Victor practices predominantly in traditional equity and commercial areas. While he does not seek to limit the scope of his practice, he has been, in recent years, particularly active in advising and appearing in the burgeoning strata titles area, both in the State courts and in the specialist New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Outside that particular area of specialty, Victor practices regularly in companies and securities law, competition law, property law, insolvency law and wills and probate, as well as in disputes which encompass the vast array of contractual issues which continually arise in the commercial world. He appears in both trials and appeals.

Prior to coming to the Bar Victor practiced for eight years at Freehill, Hollingdale and Page in both commercial and litigation practices.

Victor has given occasional guest lectures at both tertiary level and to professional conferences in his areas of special interest.
