Maxine Phillips is the Clerk to 11 St James Hall.  She oversees the clerking and administration of chambers.

Maxine works closely with all of 11 St James Hall barristers in order to support and maintain their practice. She is knowledgeable about all areas of the practice, including practice areas, availability, fee information, and the arranging of conferences. Maxine is the principal contact of chambers and prides herself on going above and beyond to assist our clients.
