The NSW ICAC – Independent Commission Against Corruption this week delivered its investigation report into allegations concerning former chief executive, staff and others of School Infrastructure NSW (Operation Landan).

Michael Pruscino of 11 St James Hall led by Dominique Hogan-Doran SC appeared at the inquiry, instructed by Michael Sullivan, Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and Sarah Hargans, General Counsel at the NSW Department of Education.

Public Hearings in Operation Landan commenced on 5 May 2025 and continued over seven weeks, concluding on 19 December 2025.
